Senior Tech Support Representative

We are looking for an outstanding Senior Tech Support Agent to join our team. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and self-driven, passionate about technology, and highly motivated to comprehend our clients and their needs.

What you will do:

-Technical support agents troubleshoot and resolve complicated technical issues and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties. They also need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.

Your key responsibilities:

-Identify software solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and diagnose and repair faults.

-Speak to customers to quickly get to the root of their problems and provide timely and accurate customer feedback.

-Walk through customers to solve technical issues, and follow up with clients to ensure the case is closed.

-Providing support in the form of features documentation, procedural documentation, and step-by-step instructions.

-Testing and evaluating new technologies that might integrate with the product or tools that might come useful to the overall functioning of the team.

-Step in when needed to aid Jr Agents with difficult technical problems.

-Partner with development and QA to ensure top notch features and integrations

About you:

-Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.

-Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.

-Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

-Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

-Excellent interpersonal skills.

-High English level, good written and verbal communication.

-Multitasking skills

-Familiar with startups’ broad responsibilities, and busy and dynamic environments.

-Eager to learn new skills and technologies!
