Technical Account Manager

We are looking for an outstanding Technical Account Manager to join our team. This team is the core engine that drives global B2B to provide effective and sustainable software solutions. We are looking for a tech-savvy asset to build our client base and increase customer satisfaction by providing technical support before and after-sales. The technical account manager should be able to satisfy client queries in a timely manner and train clients to use products as well as work with the sales team to increase sales.
Your key responsibilities:
-Providing technical support to customers before and after-sales, evaluating customer needs to suggest upgrades or additional features.
-Answering product-related enquiries in a timely manner, establish strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Conduct product/services demonstrations, follow up on the evaluation and make sure the client has everything they need to move forward with the purchase or contract.
-Evaluate the business value and account prioritization based on clients´ overall potential.
-Attentively Follow up on client’s needs and questions during the entirety of the purchase process right up until the deal is closed, ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the process.
-Maintain a warm and professional relationship with clients after the deal is closed to ensure a warm welcome to the company’s services.
-Keep tabs on clients’ needs, pursuing new business opportunities.
-Proactively Research accounts, identify key players, create interest and develop them to generate potential new opportunities.
-As a secondary task, promoting and marketing business through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails, and communication(s) to prospective and existing clients.
-Strong technical background and customer orientation
-3-4 years experience in account management, business development, inside sales, and/or sales in tech industry. Customer care experience is very valuable for us
-Stellar communication and client-facing skills. Great problem-solving, proactive mindset.
-Familiar with startups’ broad responsibilities, busy and dynamic environments.
-Eager to learn new skills and technologies!
