Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our company by sourcing, attracting and hiring top-notch candidates.
Responsibilities:
-Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and preferences
-Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, sourcing, and recruiting efforts
-Utilize a variety of recruiting tools and platforms to identify and attract top talent
-Screen and interview candidates for various technical roles
-Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
-Keep up-to-date with current industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent retention
Requirements:
-2+ years of experience in technical recruiting/HR generalist roles
-Fluency in English
-Strong knowledge of the technology industry and the various roles within it
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
-Strong understanding of recruiting tools and platforms
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is a plus
